Shipping of Cigars and Cigar Accessories Policy
Esperanza Cigars will ship order of cigars, humidors and cigar accessories within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
PERSONAL CHECK, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIER’S CHECKS – Esperanza Cigars accepts Personal Checks, Money Order and Cashier’s Checks. All payments must be made to CUBAN CRAFTERS.
CREDIT CARD ORDERS – Esperanza Cigars Accepts American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover Cards. Your statement will reflect the charge under the name of CUBAN CRAFTERS or CUBAN CRAFTING, depending on the credit card used.
SPECIAL PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS – In certain cases, Esperanza Cigars Accepts Wire Transfers. You must make special arrangement for wire transfers by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING CHARGES –
STANDARD SHIPPING is through UPS Ground Service or U.S.P.S. Priority Mail. Normal delivery takes between 2 – 5 work days, depending on the delivery address. Orders are sent through UPS unless the customer selects U.S. Postal Serice during checkout or the shipping address is a military address or Post Office Box.
CHARGES are $5.95 for the first item and $2.00 for each additional item up to 5 items. Each additional item above 5 items is $1.00 each.
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on orders of $200 or more.
UPS 3rd DAY AIR charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $5.00.
($10.95 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional item.)
UPS 2nd DAY AIR charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $8.00.
($13.95 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional item.)
NEXT DAY AIR Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING charges for your order plus $26.00.
($31.95 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional item.)
All shipments to Post Office Boxes, military FPO addresses, U.S. Government Military APO addresses, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Guam will only be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. No additional shipping costs will be charged, only the STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES above. Esperanza Cigars supports our troops and picks up the difference.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES – CANADA
Esperanza Cigars will ship to Canada through U.S.P.S. Global Priority or Parcel Air Mail. The Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING Charges plus an additional $26. ($31.95 for the 1st item and $2 for each additional items).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES – WORLD WIDE
Esperanza Cigars will ship to any country in the world through U.S.P.S. Global Priority or Global Express. Orders that weigh over 2 pounds must be shipped Global Express. The Charges are the STANDARD SHIPPING Charges plus an additional $26 for Global Priority or $36 for Global Express. Large humidors that hold 100 cigars or more require special arrangments. Other arrangements can be made through UPS. FEDEX or DHL but the full cost of the shipment must be prepaid by the Customer. If any taxes are due to the country shipped, it will be the full responsibility of the customer to pay the taxes. ALL required documents will be included with the shipment of humidors and cigar accessories. International orders, other than the UK and certain European Community countries may require the purchaser to fax or email us a photo picture of the credit card (front and back) as well as a photo identification. Customers from all other countries can make special shipping arrangements by contacting us at email@example.com. Shipping Charges will be based on the Country and the requested shipping arrangements.
ALL international orders are shipped within 48 hours and are processed manually. Due to security reasons the order and payment must be verified prior to shipping. This process requires an additional 24 hours. You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make special shipping arrangements and for the shipping charges. All shipping charges must be prepaid with the order.
TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT –
You can track your UPS sent shipment by clicking on the UPS or the Cuban Crafters website ORDER STATUS button and entering the tracking number which you received in the email that confirmed your shipment. If you do not have a tracking number, please email us at email@example.com and provide your name, address and item ordered. We will respond shortly thereafter with an email containing the tracking number. You can also check your Account Status through the ORDER STATUS button, which will have your purchase history and the tracking number of your shipment. You will need your Order or Customer Number and either the Sold To Zip code, Phone Number, or Email Address.
